40 Days: Cleanse, Integrate, Illuminate 🌸 28th April – 7th June 2024
This program is an incredible way to stay accountable in your practice, with support from Heather but also from everyone else taking part.
We begin this 40 day Sadhana with a beautiful day retreat here at the studio! Expect movement, meditation, journaling and delicious food and drink! (If you’re not taking part in the 40 days you can also book this as a standalone retreat day)
The rest of the programme is then divided into daily practice sessions and group coaching sessions – all from the comfort of your own home. There is also a private facebook group to stay connected with everyone throughout this journey. For more details head to the link in our bio!
