5 minute core blast

  1. Forearm plank
  2. Supine twist leg extension 
  3. Supine ankle taps
  4. Supine pelvic lifts

Set your timer and do each of these for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest between each exercise! Swipe right to see them all 😊

Number 2 needs to be done on both sides! Great as an addition to your practice or for a quick break from your working day!
