I wanted to share my personal morning routine with you, inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. This ritual has become my cornerstone for starting each day with vitality and balance. This Ayurvedic morning routine has truly transformed my everyday life. It sets the tone for a day filled with energy, clarity, and vitality. I hope you find these practices as beneficial as I do! These are some of the practices we’ll be incorporating into the 40 days programme.
We start this 40 day Sadhana with a beautiful day retreat here at the studio! Expect movement, meditation, journaling and delicious food and drink! (If you’re not taking part in the 40 days you can also book this as a standalone retreat day).
