Next time you feel unsettled and there’s some agitation present in your body, mind and energy ( a long busy supermarket queue can be an example of this!) – try this sweet breath practice to calm down, decelerate the irritation, and come back to base.

Close off your right nostril and breath long, slow, even breaths in & out of the left nostril.
*Don’t try this if you are blocked up with a cold!
