Try a light dose of:
1. Simple hips circles in each direction
2. Slowly rocking the pelvis forwards and backwards to undulate the spine and open chest and upper back.
3. Neck stretches using the support of a rolled blanket for opening and preventing compression.
4. Soothing self massage……………………………………..

It only takes a few minutes and can primes the body & mind for getting into sleepy zone 🥱
