⭐4 Practices to release stagnation & get your energy moving! ⚡️
1. Frog Pose. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and squat down so your heels lift and your fingertips touch the floor. Inhale to lift your hips slightly, straightening your legs, then exhale to return to the squat; repeat for 26 cycles. What breath has she done with?
2. Warrior Breath. Stand in a wide stance with your knees bent and arms raised in a powerful “W” shape. Breathe forcefully through your nose with short inhales and exhales, focusing on generating energy, for 1-3 minutes.
3. Dolphin Pose. Start on your hands and knees, then lower to your forearms with palms flat. Lift your hips into an inverted “V” shape, similar to Downward Dog, and hold for 5-10 breaths while pressing your chest toward your thighs.
4. Cosmic Breath. Sit cross-legged, close your eyes, and inhale deeply while visualizing energy rising from the earth to the cosmos. Exhale slowly and fully, imagining energy descending back into your body, whilst matching the breath to your opening and closing of the chest; continue for 1-3 minutes.
