Holger trained with us over two years ago and has now become a weekday regular teacher with us. 🧡You can join Holger for Vinyasa at Heather Yoga. Holger has also gone on to teach beginner courses and teaches regularly at a variety of studios around Leeds.

Sharing and teaching this practice doesn’t have to be scary. Once you realise it’s less about you on show and more about you guiding others through their own practice. Hear him talk about his experience and how he went straight into teaching, even with disliking being in the public eye.
