Join Alis for this thoughtfully curated workshop as she guides you lovingly to take this seasonal pause with self-massage, slow yoga & mindful meditative movement (spirals, waves, circles), journaling, a dreamy visualisation meditation, rest, aromatherapy and ending with some summer-inspired bliss balls and refreshing mint herbal tea.
