On Sunday 8th June, I’m holding space for a practice that weaves together Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga – two powerful traditions that invite deep presence, release, and reconnection.
We’ll explore dynamic movement, breathwork, sound, and stillness – not for performance, but as a way to meet yourself more honestly, more fully.
