NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

We are over the moon to bring Pregnancy Yoga back onto the timetable starting in September and to welcome new teacher Tessa ❤️

There are so many benefits from a regular prenatal yoga class! The postures practiced may help bring relief to lower back pain that can be common during pregnancy as well as help with nausea and headaches. You’ll also build the endurance required for childbirth as well as strengthening the postural muscles you’ll need to carry your baby around.

Yoga can help you feel more relaxed and even improve sleep, and the breathing techniques covered can be used during labour to help keep your mind focused and calm. It’s a time to nourish yourself and your growing baby, and is a great opportunity to start deepening that bond and connection.

Pregnancy is an incredible journey to embark on and Heather Yoga can help give you the tools needed to ensure a smooth transition throughout each of the stages all the way to motherhood.
