Dan graduated with us last year, after being a student of Heather’s and the Heather Yoga shala for a while. It all started 7 years ago with attending a Beginner’s Yoga course at HY with his son. Dan thought maybe he was too old to teach, but the smile on his face for completing this course has shown him that he shouldn’t second guess himself.  

We don’t believe there is such a thing as being too old to teach, and definitely not too old to learn. So whether you’re thinking about doing the training to deepen your own knowledge and practice, share with friends or who knows, perhaps you end up feeling empowered to start teaching?
