Caterina joined us last year, “I have a lovely life, but I wanted to do something just for me.” Caterina shares how Yoga teacher training gave her space to learn again (plus show her what she was capable of learning) and reconnect with herself beyond her normal roles.

It’s so awesome to hear how it’s really inspired her to want to learn more, lighting that spark, which learning something can do! I think one of the most important lessons in this life is to never stop learning!
