It’s the lineage. The depth. The lived experience of myself and Sudhir Rishi.

We both come from many years of study under our own teachers: knowledge passed down with care, humility and responsibility. This isn’t information gathered quickly or lightly. It’s wisdom received, practised and embodied over time.

We honour this lineage from India in the truest way we can, drawing from this ancient, rich, vast ocean of Yoga with integrity. Our 200hr Teacher Training is not simply about learning how to teach poses. It’s about understanding the roots of the practice: the philosophy, the breath, the discipline, the intention and how these teachings are lived and embodied, not just learned.

This carefully and intentionally curated programme that I have curated, held in the heart of our wonderful Victorian village of Saltaire, invites you into the real foundations of Yoga.
