Saltaire, West Yorkshire
This immersive three-day training is designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their personal practice while refining the craft of teaching.
Blending traditional yogic study with modern teaching methodology, this immersion supports you to grow not only in how you teach, but in how you embody the practice.
The Experience
Mornings: Practice & Philosophy with Sudhir
Each day begins with pranayama and meditation, creating a grounded and focused start.
This is followed by guided practice and an exploration of the Yoga Sutras — revisiting key teachings while also delving into lesser-known sutras and the kleshas.
These sessions offer an opportunity to:
- Refresh and deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy
- Explore how to meaningfully weave philosophy into your teaching
- Return to discipline, clarity, and inner steadiness

Creating sequences that feel purposeful and progressive
- Functional Anatomy
Understanding why poses work
Teaching in a way that is safe, sustainable, and accessible
- Teaching Skills & Presence
