And so I did. 😊

I was feeling stuck and dissatisfied with my life for a long time – so yearning to make a change and dive into Yoga Teacher Training, but I was also scared to move out of where I was at that point in my life and travel forward into the unknown.

I knew that I wanted to spend my time learning and studying Yoga, practicing Yoga, talking about Yoga, sharing Yoga, living Yoga for a more healthy, content, purposeful & meaningful life!
