Uplift & energise yourself with this Breath of Joy!
This is a real favourite of mine and for those I share it with. Brilliant to do in the morning if you’re feeling a little sluggish, or anytime in your day when you’re experiencing some heaviness in the body, low mood, or struggling to get going -and you need something to give your energy and mood a boost, and stimulate your body and mind. It’s also great for helping to release pent up tension as we breathe strongly out of the mouth!

Done standing upright- it’s a 3 part inhalation through the nose, and one long exhalation out of the mouth. The arms move on each part of the inhalation and then the exhalation is out of the mouth with a ‘har’ sound whilst you fold forwards and swing the arms back.
Definitely does what it says on the tin – enjoy the joy filled and feel good effect!
